No more “bandages” to cover up symptoms.
Let us help you achieve your health goals!
It’s time to work together, for your health and well-being.
Common Reasons for Booking Treatments include:
You woke up with low back pain and thought it would resolve eventually. That was a few days ago and now you cannot sit through a meeting at work or enjoy a night out with your partner or friends.
It takes you a long time to fall asleep. You cannot recall the last time you woke up rested and ready for the day ahead. The constant brain fog and waking up at 3am is bothering you.
As much as you want to enjoy your favourite meal, you get full easily and been feeling bloated all the time. Your bowel movement doesn’t feel right either but you’ve been eating healthy.
Your anxiety is affecting your sleep and life stresses leave you feeling overwhelmed. By late afternoon, you feel the tension headache building up and nothing else has helped.
A few weeks ago, you had a cold or a flu. You’re still struggling with a lingering cough and occasional congestion. You cannot sleep at night and the fatigue is getting to you.
You thought having to deal with heavy periods and painful cramps was bad enough, now you’re dreading peri-menopause and menopause. The daily hot flashes and night sweats is getting bothersome.

What We Do

Acupuncture
TCM Acupuncture ( 針灸 ) uses filiform needles to stimulate the body’s nervous system to promote a natural healing response. The needles are thinner than a strand of hair. They are single-use, disposable, and sterile needles.

Facial Cosmetic Acupuncture
Facial cosmetic acupuncture stimulates your body’s natural ability to produce collagen and elastin to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It is a natural alternative to more invasive cosmetic procedures with fillers and other substances.

Integrative Treatments
Integrative treatments include a blend of modalities which complement well with TCM modalities, tailored to your specific needs.

Reiki
Reiki Treatment can be done in person and from a distance (even other side of the world).
It is a form of energy medicine rooted in Japan whereby the Universal energy is channeled through the practitioner into the client. Reiki can help with relaxation and reconnect your mind, body and spirit.

Celluma Light Therapy
Celluma light Therapy is FDA cleared and Health Canada approved class II medical device; used to improve cellular health by accelerating the repair and replenishment of tissue cells. It treats acne, reduces wrinkles and cellulite, and aiding in arthritic pain, muscle spasms and tension. It is non-invasive, painless, requires no recovery time, and can be used safely on all skin types.

Chinese Nutrition
“Food is medicine.”
Chinese nutrition accounts for the different nature, flavour, and innate temperature of each type of food to help nourish the body; physically and energetically.

Bloodletting
Bloodletting (放血) or phlebotomy utilizes lancets to prick the skin, to release a few small drops of blood to ease pain.

Cupping Therapy
Cupping ( 拔罐 ) means pull canister in Chinese.
This modality utilizes suction to reduce pain and congestion while improving circulation by creating movement between the fascia. Cupping marks are similar to bruises and will dissipate over time. (dependent on severity of stagnation)

Gua Sha
Gua Sha ( 刮痧 ) or scraping therapy means scraping sand in Chinese.
This modality is used to improve circulation to clear stagnation in the superficial layers of the body. The Sha or petechiae will clear over a few days, similar to a bruise.

Tuina / Shiatsu
Tuina and Shiatsu are hands-on manual therapy founded in China and Japan, respectively.
Tuina ( 推拿 ) means to push and grasp in Chinese. Shiatsu ( 指圧 ) means finger pressure in Japanese.

Qigong
Qigong ( 氣功 ) means breath work in Chinese. It is a comprehensive movement exercise that strengthens the body while bringing awareness to each inhalation and exhalation. The practice of qigong assists and ensures the Qi circulates in the body in a harmonious way.
